Accessibility Statement

This website is run by the David Buxton Liberal Democrats and was designed by WP Ability. We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and have implemented several measures to support accessibility, including:

  • Incorporating accessibility into our mission statement.
  • Integrating accessibility standards into our procurement practices.
  • Providing ongoing accessibility training for our staff.
  • Including people with disabilities in our design personas.

Goal for Accessibility

Our objective is for as many people as possible to use this website effectively. This includes the ability to:

  • Zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen.
  • Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard.
  • Use most of the website with speech recognition software.
  • Listen to most of the website using screen readers like JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.

The website text has been made as simple as possible to understand. AbilityNet provides advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
